Reference is granted between William Smyth and Edward Dickson, Plaintiff and Joshua Lawson, Administrator of the Estate of Thomas Parker deceased, until the next Court. Reference is granted between Humphrey Mealy, Attorney of Richard Hill vs. Thomas Beal, William Sisson, Henry Seager, George Bruce or any three of them some time between this and the next Court held for this County do meet at the House of Thomas Parker, late deceased and do then and there Inventory and appraise all and singular the Estate of the said deceased and make report thereof under their hands in writing to the said next Court.

Whereupon and upon the humble motion of the Defendant non suit is granted unto her against the said Robert Brent to be paid with cost of suit.
